I took my sons iPad to be repaired here. After it was ready, a mistake was made with the store closing early and leaving me without the repaired iPad. Frustrated, I left a one star review on here and explained my disappointment. Within a few hours, Robin saw my review, contacted me out of hours and went above and beyond to rectify it and get the iPad to me straight away. We now have the iPad back, all fixed and my son is happy. Robin understands the value of good customer service and should be commended.
