Repair and Estimation Term: If you place an order for repair, estimation, or a free estimate service, you certify that you are the valid owner of the device, and you agree and understand the following. Repairing or attempting a repair on the device can cause the device not to power under certain circumstances. All the repair parts and attempts are non-refundable. Any physical or water damage will not be covered under warranty. Techcity will not be responsible for any data loss. Techcity is not responsible for any further damage after estimation or repair attempt.

A repair estimate is applicable only when you take our services or if you don't want the device back or processed to recycle. If you don't want to repair your device or unrepairable, a small $66 fee is applicable. If a customer gives spare parts for repair, we cannot apply a warranty on those parts. Water and liquid damage repairs may require additional replacement parts that will be quoted only after assessment.
